They do a pretty good job most of the time and for price its a nice place to go. Hard to get the wax done as call before hand but once there say they cant do it. Understand things change or get busy but has happened over four times now so just would be nice if they had a better follow through there. Only real negative is last two times didn't see my car pull up and honk when ready, and I sit facing window. So ended up sitting an extra hour wasting time, would be nice if they as well informed you when done so this doesn't happen.

They usually do a decent job on the outside but the wait time is ridiculous! I have been sitting here for 35 minutes now and my car has only moved up 1 space. They have taken multiple cars from the other lane that got here after me but now are ahead! Plus I am just getting an exterior wash which should be quicker. They need to do a much better job of processing cars in the order they come. OK. Update: I have now been here, after checking in with the outside attendant, for 1 hour and my car STILL is not in the car wash area!! I try to be patient but this is ridiculous and unacceptable

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve tried a lot of car washes and detailing services over the years, and this place is hands down one of the best. The team is professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. My vehicle looked brand new when they were finished. From the hand wash and interior cleaning to the floor mats, windows, and dashboard, every inch of my car received exceptional attention. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly takes pride in its work and delivers consistent, high-quality results. If you’re looking for professional car detailing, interior cleaning, hand washing, waxing, upholstery shampooing, or complete vehicle restoration, this is the place to go. Their pricing is fair, the service is fast, and the results speak for themselves. Whether you need a basic wash or a full detail package, they go above and beyond to exceed expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best car wash and auto detailing service in the area. My car has never looked better, and I’ll definitely be back. 🚗✨

Started coming here for my washes regularly starting at the beginning of this year. They seem to do a pretty good job vacuuming, washing, drying and wiping the windows inside & out at this venue. Not that I ever really had a bad job done at any full-service wash in the past but decided to make Park Place my go-to place once a month for a quality wash. Been to a few other competitor carwashes including Car Spa in Libertyville, Dream Clean in Mundelein, Deluxe and Xtreme Car Wash in Wkgn but this is my favorite. I live in Beach Park and for over 20 years I went to a carwash in Waukegan off of Lewis shortly north of Glen Flora but they were terrible going by there opening hours on Google most days and not surprising they permanently closed earlier this year. This place isn't all that far from my house and for the work they do here, the prices seem reasonable. Just like other full-service washes I've been to, they have your basic wash going upwards to the premium wash as well as detailing pkgs. The wait may seem extreme at times but I typically try to go during mid-week and get here a few minutes before they open, lucky me I work 3rd shift. Hope for decades of boomin' business for
